The customer service person on the phone was very helpful and courteous. However I didn’t go ahead with the whole order as I subsequently discovered I could get the same paper for much less online. The pencil I did purchase has not yet arrived and I see Amazon sells the exact same one considerably cheaper and no p&p. I know it is unfair to compare to Amazon and want to continue to buy from and support Jackson’s but their postal charges are often very high
