I would highly recommend this company. I took the premium intolerance test because I have suffered from IBS -D for years. After finding out my main intolerance was to yeast I cut it out and have seen some improvement already within 3 weeks. The half hour consultation was very informative and then about a week later I had another call to ask how I was doing and if I had any further questions. I was also told I could contact them at any time if needed. I was so impressed that I sent off for a test for my husband too.

I decided to do the premium intolerance test after my granddaughters partner did the premium test with this company. I have suffered with IBS - D for about 20 years and tried the FODMAP diet about 10 years ago but with no great results. I do seem to have issues with cows milk and anything dairy, although I still eat foods containing dairy in moderation but use coconut and oat milk. The test was quick and easy to do and my results came back as showing yeast and apricots in the red section. I would never, ever have guessed that yeast could be a problem and I can`t remember the last time I had apricots, although they could be in something I eat without knowing it. I spoke to Georgina the nutritionist and she was very helpful, explaining how the body reacts to intolerances and also explaining the difference between intolerances and digestive issues. My body obviously finds it difficult to digest cows milk, although it isn`t an intolerance. It was all very informative and she also advised me on how to proceed with the foods in the yellow section. She also sent me a link for a good probiotic capsule which will help with my digestion as I feel this too wants addressing. Overall an amazing experience with this company and I know I can phone at any time for advice. Well worth the money.

I have just changed my horse insurance over to Harry Hall (late July although not sure of the exact date) and I am really impressed with the price and the excellent service. Help is only a phone call away and the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Ordered from Amazon and arrived next day. Really impressed with this player. A compact size with easy to follow instructions and easy to fill in 3 year warranty. Once the power was on it automatically scanned for radio stations and found 101. Really impressed with the wide choice of stations. I have tried the CD player and that is also brilliant and easy to use. Not tried the USB, bluetooth, or the Aux to conncet to my phone but the instructions are easy and I am sure they will be perfect. What swung this for me when looking for one was the fact that it is a British company and so will be easy to contact and it comes with a 3 year warranty. So glad I chose this.

I started my horse on FlexAbility Plus because of a couple of injuries over the last three years. One a torn stifle cartilage and the other a fractured sidebone he is still recovering from, but is now being ridden and brought back into work. I am sure the supplement has helped his recovery and as he is now 20 years old I will continue to give it to him. I have seen a difference in the two weeks he has been on it.

Item not delivered and taken back to depot. Was told would be delivered the next day but given no time slot by early afternoon. Went on chat and was told the item was at the depot as it had not been scanned. I ended the chat as the person was hopeless. Parcel arrived late in the day. Terrible service and not the first time this has happened either. DPD used to be very reliable a few years back so I don`t know what has happened. The most reliable now for both sending and receiving seem to be UPS and Hermes.

Always top class service from this company. Products are excellent and both my horses, one of my dogs who was starting to get a bit stiff and myself are all on the joint supplement. It is an excellent product.

I ordered the double size Dormeo mattress topper at £199 and one of their pillows. The mattress topper is great and although our mattress is comfortable it is getting on in years and will need replacing. This topper is ideal to use before we replace the mattress and has made a big difference. I was a bit disappointed with the pillow as I expected it to be a bit thicker. Delivery was within the time frame and I was kept informed throughout on the progress.
