Far too often, booked UK departures are delayed or missed out altogether making a mockery of the faster crossing time. The inside of the carriages are looking increasingly shabby which may give an insight into the general unreliability of the service. Queues at UK Customs on the French side are excessive to the extent that they jeopardise making the assigned train departure.

My claim has now been brought to a satisfactory conclusion and I think it’s fair to say that without Matthew’s involvement it would probably still be dragging on and, potentially, liability could still be disputed.

I needed to replace both my wife's and my own Shoei Neotec II helmets after damage sustained when we were knocked off our bike by a car.
