Not even arrived yet and I’m disappointed

Ordered around £800 of flooring Friday evening. I wanted to add one further pack to the order. Tried calling over the weekend to add to the order, of course no one answers/not open. Also emailed the request. No response.

Call up Monday morning as soon as they are ‘open’ and the additional pack can’t be added, it’s a new order with a £20 delivery charge. I just hope the flooring is better than the ‘customer service’.

Because our orders are processed and scheduled for dispatch quickly after being placed, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes once they’ve entered the system. This is why an additional order with its own delivery charge was required. That said, I completely understand how inconvenient this feels, and I apologise that we couldn’t make this easier for you.

Don't use mobile fitting unless you have time to waste

Used Blackcircles many times before. This is the first (and last) time I'll use the mobile fitting service. Booked a morning slot and the fitter never turned up. They were being fitted by ATS Euromaster so rang them and after being on hold for 35mins was told I would need to speak with Blackcircles. Rang Blackcircles who couldn't get through to ATS so they just left a message with them telling them to contact me.

Think the fitter eventually turned up about 5pm when the tyres should have been fitted by 11am. Not particularly impressed when I could've just gone to a garage and got them fitted without the hassle of waiting in all day not knowing if someone was actually going to turn up.

Actual process of fitting was fine and I'm pleased with the tyres but I may as well just use my local garage next time.

A brand you feel part of when wearing 🤙🏻

I've purchased a t-shirt and a cap from ThruDark....both excellent items particularly the baseball cap which still looks brand new despite a lot of use. Delivery and presentation is also spot on. Looking forward to seeing future items. Keep up the good work 🤙🏻

Excellent experience, significant savings, would use again

I ordered a new VW Tiguan Allspace through drivethedeal.com with a lead time of approx 22 weeks which was quicker than any local main dealer and importantly an accurate timescale from point of order to pick up. Ordering was straightforward, saved approx £7000 off list price and didn't have to haggle with a main dealer. Easy to add a few factory options I wanted. I couldn't find a cheaper used one in the specification I wanted so it was a no brainer. Only downside was the long lead time but this is obviously out of drivethedeal's control! First time using drivethedeal and I would certainly use again.

Fast delivery and price matched after ordering!

Great service, ordered a treadmill which was delivered quickly. Shortly after ordering the treadmill Sweatband had a promotion on offering a free mat which I had ordered seperately. Sweatband refunded the cost of the mat and matched a competitors price.

Very happy with my purchase and would use Sweatband again!

Very poor website experience, can't even order!

I have been a customer of Wiggle for approximately two years with no issues whatsoever. I have recently made the decision to purchase an expensive Garmin GPS unit. Upon attempting to purchase this from the website I continually get an error message from Wiggle stating they are experiencing technical difficulties. I am also unable to access my account.

In the past week I have contacted their customer services numerous times who to date haven't been able to resolve the situation. I asked if I could order in another way as I want the product this week and I'm told I can create another account and lose my gold account loyalty discount and the purchase won't go towards my account which would take me to a platinum member.

A ridiculous situation whereby I'm struggling to give Wiggle the best part of £400 and I can't!? I imagine the 'issue' will be resolved when the increased loyalty bonus ends on the 20th October.

I shall be complaining to Garmin UK about the fact I can't buy their top end GPS unit from one of their distributors.

Great products, good prices, poor service.....I would rather pay a bit more and get some decent customer support, very disappointing.

Good service but very expensive unless you get a deal

I have ordered three times from Maximuscle, always had good service and they are very good on the phone. Prices are very expensive compared to elsewhere but from time to time they do have some very good deals on which are better than anywhere else (just be sure to shop around and check!). I only ever order when they have a deal on. Delivery is good but could be quicker compared to other companies who are on a lot smaller scale.

Usual top quality service

For price and service it's hard to beat Muscle Finesse. Delivery is excellent, free and fast. Also kept updated on delivery, given an hour time slot and you have the ability to change delivery day all via text. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Best outdoor country clothing retailer by miles!

Purchased a Barbour wax jacket and got a free Barbaour hood with it, very happy with the service. Prices are the cheapest you will find around. I ordered it one afternoon around 1700hrs and it arrived the next day around noon, excellent delivery service. I have ordered from Country Attire before and I wouldn't hesitate ordering again!

Fast delivery and a good price!

Ordered a chrome towel rail which was delivered quickly and compared to other stores the price was good when looking at similar quality towel rails. The angled valves I wanted were out of stock which was annoying as I would have ordered them but apart from that I was very happy with the service I received and the towel rail looks great!
