Not even arrived yet and I’m disappointed
Ordered around £800 of flooring Friday evening. I wanted to add one further pack to the order. Tried calling over the weekend to add to the order, of course no one answers/not open. Also emailed the request. No response.
Call up Monday morning as soon as they are ‘open’ and the additional pack can’t be added, it’s a new order with a £20 delivery charge. I just hope the flooring is better than the ‘customer service’.
