Very poor website experience, can't even order!
I have been a customer of Wiggle for approximately two years with no issues whatsoever. I have recently made the decision to purchase an expensive Garmin GPS unit. Upon attempting to purchase this from the website I continually get an error message from Wiggle stating they are experiencing technical difficulties. I am also unable to access my account.
In the past week I have contacted their customer services numerous times who to date haven't been able to resolve the situation. I asked if I could order in another way as I want the product this week and I'm told I can create another account and lose my gold account loyalty discount and the purchase won't go towards my account which would take me to a platinum member.
A ridiculous situation whereby I'm struggling to give Wiggle the best part of £400 and I can't!? I imagine the 'issue' will be resolved when the increased loyalty bonus ends on the 20th October.
I shall be complaining to Garmin UK about the fact I can't buy their top end GPS unit from one of their distributors.
Great products, good prices, poor service.....I would rather pay a bit more and get some decent customer support, very disappointing.
