I ordered a Fitness Test blood check on the 8th August, as part of a health and fitness programme I am with. On the 14th August, I received the blood test but it had someone elses name and DOB on them, which from a GDPR point of view is pretty poor. I contact them via email, and on the 19th August received a message back saying another test had been sent. So today, the 28th, I still have not received the test. I rang them, and was told that they could not see a test that had been posted on the 19th, but one was sent out on the 27th. They said the delay was due to the Bank Holiday. I reported the problem 2 weeks before the Bank Holiday so that simply wasn't true.
So 3 weeks after ordering my test, I still have not received it. I have used Medichecks before and received very good service, but unfortunately not this time.

Edit - I have now received my test. It took 3 weeks, but finally I have it

I have completed two body transformation programmes with Kelly and Jason. They use an app where you input your food and training. They give you both a gym program and a home program that you can complete in about half an hour if you are short on time. My goal was weight loss and I lost a stone in 3 months, and have maintained the weight loss since. The knowledge Kelly and Jason have is next to none, and they give you help, support, and guidance all the time. They are so experienced and are masters of their craft. I would totally recommend them

I find Nextdoor to be a helpful site to advertise my fitness classes. I also think it is good for letting people know about anything that is happening in the community, and is also good for people who have lost animals, or lost their purse etc

Good and prompt service.Helpful and courteous. However, I did cancel a booking taking us both from and to the airport. Unfortunately the cancellation was never communicated to the taxi company, which meant the drivers ended up ringing me asking me where I was when I had made other arrangements. So that was two wasted journeys for the taxi company. Still other journeys I have had with them have been reliable
