I have not yet had time to use these machines - was put off even trying yesterday when I opened the steam cleaner. Hope the hoover is less complicated.

The first cheque I paid in was made out using my second forename. I have never used my first forename and did not think it would be a problem as all other banks have always accepted this. Santander assured me that it would NOT be accepted. I therefore asked for another cheque made out as Santander wished. BOTH cheques went through which was an awful embarrassment for me. Apart from that, their online statements never seem to be the same as my carefully kept accounts. It's impossible to get someone to talk with, the waiting time being a least 10 minutes. I am not going to bother discussing the difference in their statements to my accounts - it's simply not worth the effort.

I wanted a keyboard - I got a rubber cover for a small keyboard. I wanted a mobile handset, I got two 'phone covers'. I wanted an ice cube maker, I got a plastic container supposed for ice!
The pillow is very uncomfortable and I have yet to see if the solar outside light works.
Oh, and thinking of all the advertisements for a free laptop, has anyone even seen one on their site?

I wish I had not left this review. Be Fibre originally made my next invoice allow for the refund they owe me. Today I have received another email telling me they are billing me the full amount two days after the reduced bill. (Have not had time to work out the finances yet.) I shall not bother to get in touch with them - it's obviously not worth the effort. Be Aware of Be Fobre and their charges.
Finally Thomas managed to sort my problem out. I must say I do not now have a landline since this appeared to be impossible to fix. At least, however, Thomas has managed to get me a refund for the time I was being charged for the landline. I could have left this info earlier but, once bitten twice shy, I needed to wait until I saw the refund had really been made instead of all previous promises to do so. I am only giving 3 stars because of the time lapse, and overall inefficiency, in the meantime. I would like to recommend Be Fibre to others but will not. Their broadband is good but has, on at least 3 occasions, simply cut out such that I need to turn the router off and restart everything.

I ordered something cheap (not clothing). Order was acknowledged but I have heard nothing since then. (It seems impossible to check the delivery now that I have unsubscribed from this website.) I now do not want it having ordered the same, or similar from another site. I shall be more than annoyed if I find this supposedly free item has been charged.

Broadband seems fine. the landline doesn't work and never has. I am still paying for this despite myriad calls to Be Fibre office (usually takes about 30 mins to get through). I was told that I can only cancel the landline by speaking with someone - this is almost impossible. Be Fibre say they have tried to contact me - on days when I know I was at home. They are probably using their landline which doesn't work !!

Temu adverts about free 'Tablet' are a load of rubbish. They say you get a free tablet if you download their app.
If you click on what looks like a tablet you will get some cleaning cloths!
There doesn't seem to be any way to communicate with this company but they can send you myriad messages about buying new things and discounts.

Broadband is working fine but landline is still 'dead'. Have tried numerous times to follow advice and waited for return calls. No one ever returns my call and I am fed up with waiting minimum 30 minutes for anyone to answer their telephone. All I need now is to cancel my order for a landline (and get refunded for the first month). Be-fibre response is usual. I presume (always a mistake) they are trying to ring my landline which, after all, doesn't work. I have explained in detail what I need - not difficult to refund me and take landline off any forthcoming bills.

The radio will no longer play, sometimes, on my laptop. I am using the same login details sine I first started listening. I can listen if I go to another site but this doesn't enable me to get the local station. Absolutely useless with technology.

Customer service a disaster. I inadvertently ticked the wrong box for payment method on a delivery I have received. Since then, despite promises to call me for details of 'another' credit card, no one has got in touch with me - I was expecting a call on Monday 27th in the afternoon. Now it seems I cannot order any more . . .
(I have tried to telephone but the number provided is for Virgin Wines and transferring me to the correct department seemed impossible.)

Flasks arrived, eventually, with instructions all in myriad foreign languages - the sort where there are not even letters as we know them. Useless in dishwasher - the outside 'paint' already coming off. Needed more before I realised this and they had more than doubled in price over 3 weeks! Oh, and no order acknowledgement so I cannot leave the order number(s).
Can't respond to Temu. My computer has not recorded any information about this company so I have no details of the website or password to do anything. The flasks have been used so I cannot return them.

Just can't make the radio play. This happens quite often when I have had it on all day and then have to sign in. Don't understand why the sign in bit cannot be at the beginning so I don't get left out. Even that is annoying in that it will not allow my computer to remember the details and you can't press the sign in button without first ticking the box to show your password.

If you live in Great Malvern do not use the audiology department of Specsavers. It is almost impossible to get an appointment in under 2 weeks, repairs of hearing aids take as long and they will not replace or part exchange after 3 months. Complete waste of money and very annoying because they always suggest you go to Worcester.

Completely the wrong thing sent. Wish the person I spoke with, after the website failed, had remarked on what I was ordering - the size was miniscule. I returned it, via post at my expense. Made one mistake and fixed the identifying label to the box outside. Some weeks later I asked why no refund. Had to provide details of shipping. No refund made; seems someone forgot to press the correct button. Tried again and told refund not yet made - in all hae waited a month + for a small refund. Ridiculously incompetant company - don't use.

Driver just dropped the parcel beside my front door. It was the wrong parcel addressed to someone sort of nearby. It would be a good idea of the driver at least confirmed the name of the recipient, or read the address.
