Customer service a disaster

Customer service a disaster. I inadvertently ticked the wrong box for payment method on a delivery I have received. Since then, despite promises to call me for details of 'another' credit card, no one has got in touch with me - I was expecting a call on Monday 27th in the afternoon. Now it seems I cannot order any more . . .
(I have tried to telephone but the number provided is for Virgin Wines and transferring me to the correct department seemed impossible.)

I am so sorry to hear that you have had some issues ordering from us and have not had a call from our team. I would love to get to the bottom of this and help resolve this matter for yourself.
