Friendly and efficient buying service from Rhianna who was professional throughout. No pushy tactics, just straight dealing and we felt no pressure which would have led to us walking away. All promises were kept, extra attention went into remedial work to get the car as perfect as possible and the attention to detail on handover the best we have ever had. What an incredibly professional, transparent and trustworthy team at LWC. Josh is a star, dealing with every question quickly over the weekend. The sizing, packaging and box contents were all amazing. LWC take a huge amount of pride in everything they do, and it shows. Don't hesitate, buy from LWC!

Great service for receiving my phone and £99 offered initially for a near immaculate phone (I took many photos before sending it expecting my time to be wasted and I wasn't disappointed!) After going through their 'device checking service' they diagnosed non existent 'screen burn' and damage around the camera. They electronically revised the offer to £30 which I declined and I said return my phone. Next day, another automated revised offer of £45. I again declined and said return my phone. Next day got a call from a very nice lady who said that 'management had authorised her to now offer £90 for my phone!' Amazingly, no mention of any damage. I accepted as it was still £30 more than Mazuma. In summary, Ur are the equivalent of we buy any car, they will waste your time and try it on, but you will get there in the end if you stick to your guns. Shame as could have been a 5 star review if they didn't try to rip me off.

Bag arrived very quickly and comms from Tactree we're great. Early days but so far very impressed with quality of item and service all round.
Would have given 5 stars but I find the two part handle needs to be twisted for it to be comfortable in the hand which might just be me getting used to it to be fair, otherwise no complaints.
