The Cases are way too different from other cases out there, yes it does have protection, but unlike other brands out there, the protection is always going to be their number one priority, but with Burga, you've got the protection, as well as high-end designs that make the cases look outstanding.

The Customer Services is second to none, this is how customer service should be in every company around the world.

I hope this review is shared and seen by others, employees/clients/customers/competitors. I had a small issue that I created myself and contacted the Support Team, 30 seconds in and I get a reply saying that they can’t help me with the issue that I created, so I threw in an option and it was done and dusted within 60 seconds.

I wish I had a Name(s) to give them a shout out, but none was provided. Nonetheless the issue was sorted out all under 2 Minutes tops.

This kind of customer services, makes me want to come back for more cool looking products and not only spend time on the website, but also buy new products, because I know one thing for sure, if I mess up or anything did go wrong; I know the issue will be looked into swiftly in a professional manner and sorted out.

In the past I've order a product from ProAV, but before I even made that purchase, I was directed to Sundeep Singh.

Sundeep's Customer Service Skills are OUTSTANDING, he is positive, friendly, give your details that you can work from, most importantly flexibility with the options you throw at him and very understandable.

Sundeep Singh is the only reason as to why I am now thinking to go ahead and buy few other products, but because of his tone in the emails that he sends out to you and overall the way he approaches you queries within the email, makes me want to deal with Sundeep Singh at ProAV.

Sundeep Singh, for me is the only reason I would always buy my products from ProAV.

The product got to me fast, which is always a good thing so for that I'll give ***** Stars.

There was no Pry Tool like seen on the websites video, hence ** Stars.

I like it, but some of people who advertise on there and sell stuff, need to be very clear in terms of what their work will work with the right type of application, other than that there are good things on there to use.

One of the best sound platforms for video projects. I'll don't think I'll ever switch to another brand, just wish I could afford to go with the SFX.

The cost for for Monthly/Annually subscription is reasonable.
There's 2 Subscription Options: Standard & Premium - you get more with Premium, and is still a reasonable amount to pay, if you can afford it, if not Standard is still great.

Licensing each track for each project is easy, there's not much to type; except for the Project Name & then you've got to select the type of track you need for your project.

However long or short your video project is, you can select the appropriate track length time (Stems).

If you're in a hurry, Soundstripe has got you covered, create your playlist and save the track you like the sound of in your Playlist, they'll still be there waiting for you.

Last and not least - There's loads of Musical genres to choose from and loads of musical tracks within them. I usually take my time to select the tracks I'm looking for which take a lot of time, but it's part of the process and I love every minute of it.
