Breakfast not great......

My Son o the outbound journey accidentally knocked his coffee all over himself, luckily it had been standing for 5 minutes but he still got burnt. Thankfully he had jogging bottoms on not shorts. The cabin crew acted promptly and got him burn gel and we had luggage with us on board so I could get him a complete change of clothes
Can I suggest that the water used in hot drinks isn't quite as hot
Also the all day breakfast pre-booked wasn't great, I won't order again
