Really pleased with photo charm of my Charlie boy who sadly went to rainbow bridge recently. Excellent service, delivery time (UK) & quality product. Only advice , with hindsight is - if you ordering photo charm don't try get too much in pic (only head) and lighter colour images work better (Charlie is black dog) Overall very pleased
