A year ago a relative died and the 4 heirs, of which I'm one, are still waiting for our inheritance. I travelled to Italy twice to sign documents and provide my id and information, lady March and May, and was told in June everything was ready and the money would be liquidated. There was no, or very little, of the inheritance tied up in investments, it was 95+% cash in a current account. In November they, and their representative, claimed the documents had been lost in their internal post system. We were promised it would be sorted imminently (a favourite expression of theirs). We are still waiting, it's the middle of March. My uncle must be spinning in his grave, and we have lodged an official complaint with the ombudsman, as attempts to do so with the bank themselves have got us nowhere. Our next step will be instructing a solicitor to chase them, along with outstanding interest on the money owed to us.

The engineer was polite, unintrusive and quick. Dealing with the company was fine too. The online claim form is also mostly ok but there were just too many options to look through to find the fault we wanted to report. A separate section for each appliance might help. Some of the options made no sense. Also, as we are asked to give full details of the issue, and provide photos, it would be good if they send the engineer all the details too to save them from having to come twice (always the case).

All good, but would suggest some stronger packaging for 7" singles as the envelopes are pretty flimsy and items have turned up damaged.

We received no notification of the impending renewal, which cost over £200. However, despite getting nowhere at all by phoning, I approached them on twitter and got a response very quickly and the lady who dealt with us, Brenda,did so extremely efficiently. So it's 1 star for My Heritage's customer service line, but 5 stars for Brenda.

Ordered on the Thursday afternoon, and they arrived Saturday lunchtime, and that's free delivery too. Shirts are quality, I've bought from them before, and when I returned one as it looked a slightly different colour to on the computer screen, I sent it back Monday and received my new shirt Wednesday. A great company to shop with.

Wasted around 4 weeks with espares and a Beko spares provider, both of whom sent the wrong parts, despite me emailing them and giving them the exact measurements of the part I needed. Found Spares2Repair online, contacted them asking if the part they had listed matched the one I needed, which they confirmed, and it was here the following day. Great stuff.

Used the 'find your part' function to order an item, but when it arrived it was the wrong size. Contacted them on their chat feature but wasted over half an hour on the first attempt only for the chat to be terminated, then almost as long again on the second attempt at getting an email address changed.

Ordered and received within about 10 days. They're a touch small/tight, and feel a little flimsy but the lenses are spot-on, and the price is insanely cheap. Customer for life i reckon.

For the last 3 months I have put in orders for prints. Each time I have received an email telling me my order is on its way. A fortnight later, nothing. I contact them, they insist the order went out but will re-order and despatch. They arrive, along with the first order. So they were never despatched and now I have a set of prints to throw away. The uploading takes an age too, and often doesn't complete. Very shonky.

Was dealt with by a really polite and helpful man in-store. Tried to call 3 times the next day to speak to him to adjust our order, left 3 messages but no reply. Eventually got him. On the Monday, he had miscalculated fitting costs, but adjusted carpet cost to (partially) compensate for this.
Has originally asked for friday morning fitting, but by now only p.m. was possible, after 13.30. On day before was told they would bcomw between 10.00 and 16.00. On the day they got here just about in time. The fitters were quick, and clean. It just meant we were all stuck in the house while the fitters were working, we'd arranged to have the house empty for them but by the time they arrived everyone was back. An inconvenience rather than a problem. All in all, could do better.

Everything was good. Only one slight gripe in that the car came with no V5 document (passed to trade?) which means I can't tax it or get a parking permit until I get one, which means taking some time off work to go to a post office to get it done and paying for parking until it's done.. Other than that all went smoothly and the staff we dealt with were professional and courteous.
