Bought a pair of Adidas on launch. The website seemed to struggle with the demand however I managed to get them. Item arrived promptly and was spot-on.

I'd forgotten about the claim altogether and, in fairness, it was Barclays that contacted me directly to say they'd reviewed my earlier claim and decided to compensate me, but without Findmyclaim I'd never have got anywhere. I got a cheque for just over 6k. Fees are 20% + VAT which is fair enough.

Specifically regarding this item, it's a quality garment, delivered promptly. Previous shopping from Baracuta has been similarly easy. And their customer service is very probably the best I've ever encountered.
