I've used them for car hire excess insurance four times now. Getting a quote is simple and straightforward. I haven't yet had to make a claim and I know that is when an insurance company proves itself but my experience so far has been good enough to use them again.

Online ordering was straightforward. Delivery day options were available. Quality of the top soil was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Silly mistake. Put a screw through floorboard into central heating copper pipe. Managed to put some duct tape round it and called these guys. Very pleasant booking. Two nice chaps came out within the time indicated. Sorted the problem out effectively with a push fit 15mm plastic coupler. The call out charge was as expected. What I wasn't expecting was to be charged £25 + VAT for the coupler, available from DIY stores for under £2! Not good. Very disappointing to be ripped off like that.

Update: Able Group contacted me about this episode and actually refunded me £25. I am well impressed! Sometimes what a company does when things "go wrong" is more revealing about how they treat their customers. Well done Able Gp. If needs be I shall use you again. Thank you.

Booking was straightforward. Got set up quickly. Apart from a very faint smell during the sweeping of the liner there was no dust to deal with. Job done in half an hour. Pleasant chaos. You could not tell they'd been.

I liked their website. It was easy to use and I found the information very helpful when making the decision on which trees to order. The trees were delivered within a few days and very well packed in straw. there are instructions on their website on what to do if you cannot plant immediately.

I needed some pruning advice about the shape of the crab apple and got a reply within a few hours with helpful information. There's also an open offer to ask for more advice should i need it.

The apple trees were planted shortly before the severe cold snap in December. They appear to have survived but they're obviously dormant now so cannot really say more.

I'd definitely use this company again and I would recommend them.

I have been very satisfied with the whole process from selection to ordering to opening and setting up the PC. I am reasonably computer literate. I found the specification options flexible enough to get what I wanted and stay within budget. There is a super online chat facility where one can have queries about the components or options etc answered by a knowledgeable individual. This is a great idea and it's free. The email communications related to the processing of the order were impressive and accurate. In spite of the fact that my order was entered over the Christmas period I received it well within the estimated time frame. I even received a text on the delivery day. Nice touch.

The PC itself was well put together. Having built a couple myself I couldn't resist a quick peek inside. Cables tied neatly no obvious design clangers. I've only had the thing for a week and I'm still getting to grips with the idiosyncracies of Windows 7, so it's difficult to comment on reliability just yet. But no problems whatsoever so far.

At this point I can say that I would certainly recommend these guys. They seem to know what they are doing and appear to have invested appropriately in the customer services side. Unfortunately, neither of these things can be assumed these days. This company seems to have got it right.
