Needed a new washing machine door handle because a piece of plastic had broken off inside so did a bit of Googling and found eSpares. Was easy to find the handle I needed and they had some great videos to show you how to replace the part.

Also needed a door lock because I had to force the door open. Great service, delivered quickly over new year. Thanks.

1st year price was good but after no claims my renewal has gone from £208 to £370. Ridiculous!!!!

A friend suggested I take my phone here after upgrading. I used the app to find the value of my old phone.

I had never been in one of there stores but found it relaxing and the staff were great.

After a few questions to set up an account I was leaving with my own account barcode and a bit of paper instead of my phone while they tested the device.

Popped back 20 mins later to be told my phone is worth more than I originally expected which was an added bonus. I had looked after my phone so I was also thrilled to see that they had marked it up as grade A. This proves they are not there to rip you off. I was proper impressed, I must say.

I've ordered off Pozzani several times. Always very efficient, polite and friendly service. Wouldn't by my water filters off anyone else.

I've been on Quidco for a few years now and religiously check their site for cash back before I buy anything online. Their team always helps with any claim you might have due to merchants not completing their part etc. they are fantastic and I've had nearly £2000 back.

And you get all that with the lowest prices around :-). Plus they have just announced a 10% reduction on gas.

I was looking for a specific tablet case to match one we had and I found it on this site at a reasonable price. Looked at the image on the screen which showed a black case but a white one turned up. I've checked the page again and hit the full spec link and it does say white. So partly my fault but who puts a pic of the product in the wrong colour on their website?

Poor but done now.

Checked online for the best prices and Fonebank were up there so I read the reviews and found them to be the best option! And they were :-)

Filled in the screen to set up an account, put in phone details, posted myself using the address labels provided and waited for the cash!! I sent special delivery to be covered should anything go wrong and that was £6.35 so take that into account but had an email next day saying the money had been paid into my account. HAPPY DAYS!!!

Sold an iPhone 3G, set up online, Pre-paid envelop arrived the next day. I did however pay £5.50 to send the phone back as special delivery so it was insured in case anything happened.

I received notification to say they had received the phone the next day. A few hours later I had an email to confirm the payment had been processed and another showingbthe payment details.

I really can't recommend Mazuma enough based on my experience.

I went for these not for the amount of money but based on their reviews and I am extremely satisfied.
