We have used Goff for the first time - mainly due to the competitive price. Although given a window for delivery, we were going on holiday, so requested the day after our return, and they were very accommodating, confirmed the delivery date, and duly delivered as requested. Service was excellent, so if the price is right, we'll certainly use Goff again, and would recommend to others. Thank you

With free delivery, the shampoo I wanted to purchase, was a competitive price, and I received a complimentary upgrade to next day delivery, so I was very impressed. Have used LOOKFANTASTIC previously, and will be using them again.

I ordered two items, and the first one came very quickly, but I was then informed that the second one was no longer available, disappointingly. As they were to be worn together, the first one has now been returned. At least the return was free of charge.

Thank goodness I read many of these reviews, as I was very tempted to order some tops - they do look lovely. I could ignore one or two negative comments, but with everyone saying the same thing, regarding poor quality etc., I certainly will not be ordering. Thank you all for the warning.

Food wasn't as hot as it could have been, but we only ate there because we had our young grandson with us, and Burger King was next to the bowling alley. Would use the card more, if there were more independent restaurants or pubs to choose from.

Fast and efficient delivery. Had to return one of the two pairs of boots, and was refunded straight away. Delighted with the second pair, which are very comfortable and of good quality leather. Only disappointment is that the Reading store has closed down.

Making the purchase was straightforward, and the app was easy to install and register. I would prefer though to be able to show the card without having to go through the restaurant search.

POSITIVES - Excellent choice of greetings cards.

NEGATIVES - No trolleys in garden area, meaning you have to return to
outside the entrance to find one.
No sanitiser/handwash as you enter to food shop, having
touched all sorts of things in the garden area and elsewhere.

The website is very user friendly, and the free delivery is very convenient. We loved the dishes we have ordered previously, such as the Moroccan Lamb Tagine, and the Haddock and Bacon Gratin - both are delicious. We didn't enjoy the Creamed Spinach, due only to its very strong flavour, and wouldn't recommend the Ham Hock and Leek Pie, finding it very bland and uninteresting, with rather a dry potato mash. The Rump Beef with Brandy was fine, but didn't excite us. Will certainly be ordering again, and look forward to trying even more dishes.

My review is of the Teeth Whitening Strips, which have made absolutely no difference to the colour of my teeth, so I would advise that you don't waste your money. I suppose I should have realised, you get what you pay for.

It would have been helpful to receive advice of proposed delivery. The driver just turned up, quite unexpectedly, with a very heavy bird bath on a pallet, so it was just as well that we were at home. Also, although we have no complaints about the bird bath, it is a gift, so a label or tag of some sort, or even wrapping would have been appreciated.
