It would have been helpful to receive advice of proposed delivery. The driver just turned up, quite unexpectedly, with a very heavy bird bath on a pallet, so it was just as well that we were at home. Also, although we have no complaints about the bird bath, it is a gift, so a label or tag of some sort, or even wrapping would have been appreciated.
