My daughter doesn't even know how she subscribed, but luckily, I saw the pre authorisation on her card and cancelled the subscription! Dodgy, pop up adverts.

Fraud
I noticed a payment pending in my account for £22.50. I have never had a subscription with yoga sanna. The card details were from an old credit card so google pay took the payment from my bank account. Raised it with my bank but it was still paid out. Contacted customer service not expecting a response.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Accidently clicked on a pop up advert whilst handling my phone (not deliberate). The link authorisesd a 1p payment for the app, then a continious subscription without my knowledge or authorisation for £22.50/month!
I contacted Yogasanaa customer service immediately and told them it was an error and to please refund. They responded with refusal and pointing to contract terms and conditions!
I then told them i would take legal action as under EU laws im entitled to 14 days cooling off period!
Then they ignored me so i raised a Fraud case with my bank angainst them, and suprise suprise, they suddenly refunded me the money!
100% TOTAL SCAMMERS, AND THEY KNOW IT!
BEWARE SCAMMERS
My 17 year old son was getting notifications from his bank saying that this company had been trying to take £22,50 from his account, this has been happening once a week. Luckily he rarely has any money in his account but he's never heard of them and his certainly not into yoga. It's showing up in Google wallet because he doesn't have any money.
I have emailed them so waiting to see if I get a response.
From reading the reviews it seems that this fraudulent business is hiding behind other web sites.
Scammers!
They took £22 out of my account without me knowing.Apparently i signed up for an account when i never did.All i remember is trying to track my parcel and all of a sudden my apple pay was up.I heard nothing for 2 days and all of sudden the money i work for has gone down by £22.I am under the age off 18 so i shouldn’t have been able to sign up in the first place.
I politely emailed them asking for a refund and they emailed me back saying they can’t and that i signed up knowing what i have done.
Absolute scammers.
Absolute scammers!
They have taken £22.50 from my child's account. She has never heard of them, visited their site, let alone give up her bank details!
She doesn't store her card details anywhere so they have quite obviously obtained the information fraudulently.
I have sent an email to them but have heard nothing back, what a surprise!
I have reported them to the Fraud team at the bank to try and stop the pending transaction.
Disgraceful that they seem to be targeting children!
Scam
This company has taken money from me saying I signed up for a subscription I haven't signed up for. I haven't even heard of the company!!
My bank has been contacted regarding it being a fraudulent claim .
This company are scammers…
This company are scammers…
As an elderly, disabled individual, I would not have subscribed to this company. I also question their 5 star reviews too, many appear from individuals that only have 1 or 2 reviews, but are all to Yogasanaa!!
Getting a refund from them is impossible…
I shall be reporting this company to Action Fraud, HMRC & Trading Standards. Hopefully, preventing them from scamming any other individuals!!

£22.40 has gone from my bank account from this company in Nicosia Cyprus and I have never even heard of them, let alone subscribed. It is just 'pending' at moment.
I got a message that credit card…
I got a message that credit card transaction of $22.5 was made in yogasanaa.com however I've never visited this site, never made the authentication for this transaction.
But after contacting the customer support team, the issue was promptly resolved. Exceptional customer support service.
Thank you so much for customer support team's sincere support and prompt response on my request.
I really appreciate customer support team.
I suggest your company to look at the whole cycle from marketing to actual payment to prevent this kind of problem where there could be some fraud/error/issue during the whole process.
Anyhow customer support service team's effort was very excellent.
Exploiting honest folk unknowingly
I did not sign up to this website who have taken £11.99 from my bank with probability to steal more each month. I have reported them but in the last 1 month I have had another 'bogus company' trying to take out more money. I really wish banks could find a way of stopping people exploiting us.
Scam
They signed my 16 year old son up to this (who has no interest in yoga). He had no idea and thinks he may have clicked on a pop up. Had to contact the bank to have it cancelled. No way he would have ever signed up to this knowingly.
I've been loving YogaSanaa service
I've been loving YogaSanaa service. The classes are well-structured, and the instructors are clear and clam, making it easy follow along. It's great for all levels, and I really appreciate the focus on both physical and mental wellness.

They have tried to force me to leave a positive review. I threatened them with legal action from the bank as I was forced to sign up to this whilst on a movie site as my phone froze and wouldn’t let me use it without authorising an apple payment subsequently this company starts trying to charge my bank £11.99 per day, they didn’t want to refund me until I said I will report it to my bank for a chargeback, now they’ve refunded me and sent me an email to put a good review here for them. STAY AWAY BE AWARE, SCAMMERS
Scam Company
I only just noticed that the value of £22.50 per month was being taken from my bank account by this company. I never signed up to them and have never heard of them, it looks like they have been taking money from my bank account since November 2024. I had not noticed the deductions in amongst my other bank payments, which is a lesson for me to scrutinise every payment from my account! I reported this to my bank and had to cancel my card, in under 24 hours I have received all monitory value back via my bank investigating them, with a new card is on the way from my bank. If you have been scammed by this company report them to your bank, hopefully you will received the refund like I have.
The online courses are well-structured…
The online courses are well-structured and engaging, making it suitable for all level. Expert guidance on poses, breathing and meditation helps build flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. The chapters on Basic Sitting Postures, The 7 Spiritual Laws of Yoga and Essential Yoga Sutras are particularly insightful. However, some sessions feel a bit rushed, making it harder for beginners to absorb advanced concepts. More time for practice could improve the engagement and results.
Sneaky Yoga Subscription that wasn’t wanted!!
I was trying to download a cake recipe and all of a sudden I have subscribed to this yoga con! Luckily I realised and managed to cancel subscription immediately, or I hope I have!! I’ll find out in two days when they try to take £22.50. Total con!

Don't go near this it's a SCAM lost £100 on something I was totally unaware I had signed up to. They are now asking for a photo of my Apple Pay account!!

I can't afford to lose money from this website.
I paid for something small and was not aware in the slightest of the subscription. It was fraudulent on their behalf, and I would deeply like to have my money back. I am 17 and can't afford to lose £11.99 like that.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
I will be reporting this website further and will not stop until this is taken down and dealt with. They purposely, without our knowledge, make us subscribe and take money from our cards. This page is not even legit, is it made purposely for this scam.
