I can't afford to lose money from this website.
I paid for something small and was not aware in the slightest of the subscription. It was fraudulent on their behalf, and I would deeply like to have my money back. I am 17 and can't afford to lose £11.99 like that.

Not happy.
I had an ASDA order, and half of my order wasn't even delivered. It's a lot of money for me to lose considering I'm struggling with money and have no car, so this was my only option. Also, I don't like that I have to wait 1 week to get an update on the things that I need refunded. Terrible service and poor support.
