Fraud. Attempt to redraw payment without consent. Clear violation of data security.

This site is a scam. They tried to take money from me without my consent. I never even signed up for anything—it just popped up on my phone, and afterwards I started having problems with online payments. Thankfully, my bank detected the attempt and blocked it, but I still had to change everything, which now prevents me from making online payments. Such a huge inconvenience. I honestly don’t understand why people who run these kinds of fraudulent sites exist. I just hope they face the consequences of their actions one day.

Its a scam. I was looking for a bus ticket and then this popped up and want to charge 50 euros.

Unfortunately zero isn’t an option on the star rating Absolute pits of a site to deal with clearly SCAM. took £50 of my money without me even knowing ! I didn’t subscribe !!! Been fighting for 4 months now to get it back, not giving up, I work hard for my money vile people like these just TAKE angry doesn’t cover it

Scammers. I looked online for a manual and double clicked my iPhone to provide a £0.01 payment which was immediately cancelled. Unbeknownst to me this activated a 1 day free trial of eliteyog.com followed by a subscription for £49 per month. I have instructed my bank to stop the subscription and all payments to eliteyog.com and to cancel the card that made the payment to stop this info being shared with other scammers. Oh, and eliteyog.com don't answer the phone, they just direct you to cancel-my-subscriptions.com. I would like them to reimburse my £49 payment as I had no intention of taking a subscription with them and never used it.

I had an issue, but after reaching out to customer support, it was promptly resolved. Exceptional service!

"I initially subscribed accidentally,( as I thought I was trialling a different exercise app for seniors) through Apple Pay, for a short trial period, but realised this app was not for me at all so didn’t use it. I thought the trial would just end but was then very worried when I saw a subscription payment pending in my bank account, as I had no intention of continuing to subscribe. However, after contacting the customer support team in a panic, the issue was promptly resolved. Exceptional customer support service, fast and courteous. Thank you Eliteyog.

I scanned a QR code to a company that I’m very familiar contained in an email and it asked me for £0.1p to set up the new service being offered by the company this didn’t alarm me as it’s often used to check card details are correct. But immediately after paying it took me to elite.yog website and with a welcome message. Then I had an email saying the £0.1 gave me ONE DAYS MEMBERSHIP AND THEN THEY WOULD TAKE £49!!
I was able to cancel via the email and the £0.1 was immediately reversed.

I’ve contacted the first company re the QR code.

Scam website. Avoid. I was looking for an online instruction manual for a new treadmill. A link came up for the very manual I wanted costing me just 1 penny. It wasn’t a manual though it was a subscription to online yoga videos and the next day they charged me £49. My bank noticed and blocked it so no harm done, just a lot of inconvenience. Also there is no way to cancel this subscription as the button doesn’t work. What a surprise. Avoid this site.

Absolute con merchants! I bought a smart watch and the link was setup to sign into this site!!! Con artists! I had £30 come out my account as a subscriber! … I have requested my money back but i doubt it will happen from them! My bank will sort it hopefully!

The link to unsubscribe does not work. Sent an email to cancel and only received an automated respinse. Customer care not answering their phones.
I don’t want the service beyond the 1 day trail but it seems that it is not possible to cancel.

A dispute I had with Eliteyog was respectfully and professionally handled.

Scam, watch out! They will make you write of 1cent and subsequently write off 49 euro’s. Even if you cancel within the hour they will not reimburse
