Absolute scam. I paid the £9.95 for what I thought was coming from Boots, unfortunately didn't notice it wasn't Boots until I'd just hit the confirm button. Now they've taken £39.47. I've contacted... See more

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! I took a chance and paid £9.99 for a product which after I paid sent me to yogaplayer. It was a trick question about signing up but I could tell it was a scam by the bold red writing and style so I did not click the subscribe button and just closed the page down. They have been trying to take £39.47 from my account since! I got the bank to block them but they still try. Absolutely disgusting that they can do this without my consent!

It's a scam

It's a scam. I have had £9.95 come out of my account and a further £39.47 pending to come out of my account. I have tried to source an email address to cancel the order, but one doesn't exist. Awful! They made me do a survey too. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER!

This a scam run by a Reece Daniel Card

This a scam run by a Reece Daniel Card. I got caught and they did not get any money. If you pay by credit card it will not stop even when you cancel your card or obtain a new card and number. Credit cards are just that, and come under a different law to debit cards and payment is guaranteed even if you obtain a new card. You will have to dispute each transaction until this creep gives up.

SCAM

Like everybody else says Total Scam.

I saw ad on FB for Cadburys for gift box of chocs for £9.99 (worth £79). Paid the initial money then up popped another link saying I needed to pay p&p then another link saying payment hadn't gone through and do it again. I immediately thought a scam and contacted my credit card. They cancelled the payment and stopped the card and sent me a new card. Today the company has taken £39.99 again. Contacted credit card and they say its a subscription which I definitely did not sign up for. I've now got to contact the dispute team on my credit card tomorrow to take action. Something should be done about this company. Does anyone know where this company is?

SCAM/FRAUD

I also stupidly purchased thinking it was Boots however it is a big scam. I have obviously not received anything however there are 3 transactions on my account. One £9.95 that has gone through & I have put in a dispute with the bank but could take up to 10 working days for them to ‘investigate’. Two more payments £9.95 +£39.47 sitting in pending which I have to wait to clear before disputing!! I was called by the fraud team who said they had blocked the £39.47 amount & not to worry about it but I am worried as apparently it is a subscription which I have not signed up for. I cancelled my card thinking it would help but it won’t. The bank says that any further requests for money will just be passed to new card. Have been trying to contact fraud team but it is hours holding. I am so angry with these horrible people who don’t give a damn. Stressed having to go through hoops to try get help from the bank which is all on line & not able to speak to anyone to get it stopped & sorted. It has certainly taught me a lesson to not buy anything on line again.

Disreputable Company

Like many others have reported, I too have had 2 charges on my credit card the 1st for £9.95 and the 2nd for £39.47. Luckily the third payment, also for £39.47 was stopped.
I have absolutely no idea who this company is let alone what they are supposed to be selling, I haven't received a thing, and am struggling to contact them.
I have cancelled my card and now waiting for a new one

Scam. There is a £55 payment pending in my bank account. Emailed them and the said had no record of this! I stupidly ordered a Morrison treat box only to realise that the funds were not going to Morrisons. I will pursue this company til I get my money back.
