I appreciate the natural quality of the Imperial Herbal Skin Care products. They feel and smell organic, and I haven’t experienced any negative skin reactions, which is always reassuring when trying new skincare.

That said, I do want to share a few areas for improvement. My order took over a month to arrive, which was disappointing. If this is a standard shipping timeline, I believe it would help greatly if the company communicated this upfront so customers know what to expect. Transparency around order processing and delivery would go a long way in building trust.

Additionally, one of the jars in the skincare package does not seal properly. The twist top doesn’t close all the way, which allows air to enter and hardens the surface of the product around the rim. This is frustrating, especially since it affects the quality of the product.

As for results, I’ve been using the products for about three weeks. While I haven’t noticed drastic changes yet, my skin has tolerated them well, and I could see myself repurchasing if delivery times improve and packaging issues are resolved.

Overall, Imperial Herbal Skin Care offers promising, organic-feeling products. With better communication about shipping and some adjustments to packaging, the customer experience could be much stronger.

This has absolutely changed my skin I’ve been suffering for years with scars bumps stretch marks and hyperpigmentation I’ve only been using it a few weeks and already my skin feels so much better I truly thank God for sending this my way

Terrible delivery.
A month and 2 weeks now and still haven’t received my order. They hardly ever reply to messages and emails.

Very disappointing. I am not rating products because I have not received it . Place my order 8/3 /25. Reach out few times was told they working on it . They have lots of orders … September 13 , 2025 still waiting for shippement.
I have never ordered anything that took this long 5 weeks , if it will ever come .
Not sure if this a legit company, many add on instagram. I will definitely do my research before buying from any small business .

The products is amazing

Im sure it’s worth the wait, but it takes a really long time to receive the product. It’s going on three weeks. Just wish the shipping times were little faster that’s all. I’ve also had a tracking number ,but nothing’s moving.

I ordered a product from your company on August 4th and have not received it up until now I sent several emails no response.

I haven’t received the order I placed yet. It’s been weeks now. It would be great if I could actually speak to person.

Delivery is terrible
If you like to order something and get it shipped a month after (not delivered; shipped) then this is the place for you. Otherwise the disappointment. I have place an order on the 30 of June and currently 30 July and product hasn’t even been shipped not to talk of delivery.

They need to improve their delivery time especially for international shipping. Processing of order has taken over 3 weeks. Still yet to receive a confirmation that my order has been shipped

Hi based on what I see on social media, your product seems great and I can't wait to get mine delivered. I recently purchased a product and checked out using my Apple Pay, it had my old address saved, I emailed you immediately to change it but have not gotten a response.

I haven’t received my product yet so I can’t give a review.

It only took 2 days and I noticed the change on my face. Love love this. Im glad I found this skin care. Easy routine with amazing results in a short space of time.

The team posted that the restock will be on the 30th of June and supplies were restocked same day.
I was also mortified when the stock was available. Excellent and professional customer service rendered. Thank you.
