We apologize that you have not received your order yet. We process nursery orders 3-10 business days from when the zone opens, or when we receive your order. Your order has been picked at the nursery and should be shipped in 48 hours. You should receive an email with tracking number when it does. We ship standard 3-10 business day mail so you should receive it in a few days.
