Helps us aave time and retain users

We’ve been using Yespo for a while now, and it’s honestly made our email work a lot easier. We’re building a product with a fairly big user base, so having solid automation in place is key for us. The drag-and-drop editor is super handy — it comes with templates and ready-made workflows that save our marketer a bunch of time.

So far, we’ve set up welcome emails, regular campaigns, and transactional messages. We also started focusing more on bringing users back, and it looks like that’s working — our churn has dropped by about 20%, which we’re happy with. The AI features seem interesting too; we haven’t fully explored them yet, but they’re on our radar.

Overall, it’s been a good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to mention Yespo to someone looking for a similar tool.

An all-in-one CDP solution we can safely recommend

At Belkins we have long decided to go omnichannel but were struggling with finding a one-stop solution for this goal. We lacked a centralized system to store and analyze customer data, which made it difficult for us to personalize our marketing efforts and align our customer experience across multiple channels. Those ones we tried and tested before were too complicated and costly to use until Yespo became a game changer. We appreciated that this platform requires neither sky-high investment nor costly support or tricky integrations. It accurately identifies the users that come to the website and then matches this data from the information from your database. But the main benefit of Yespo for omnichannel marketing is that this solution comes with several ready-made omnichannel marketing campaigns that you can use right from day one.
So, we focused on delivering personalized messages on email and added follow-up SMS messages. In a month, our sales grew by 14%. Needless to say, most of the processes become automated with Yespo, so you get more time for understanding your customers and improving your product.

Excellent!

It’s difficult enough to find a marketing tool that would include all the necessary features. Fortunately, we have found such a solution. Yespo is a powerful CPD with the opportunity to send messages via various channels. We usually communicate by email. Yespo’s email builder is perfect: it has numerous stunning templates and customization tools.

To create effective campaigns, we first gather customer data with the help of activity tracking. Then, we segment users to offer them relevant products and advice on using our solutions. By the way, segmentation is a forte of this platform.

When the segmentation is done, we set up event-triggered workflows to automatically send tailored messages. Yespo has also developed a lot of pre-made campaigns based on best practices, which saves me time for creative tasks.

We can’t do without this CDP

All our marketing is based on the Yespo platform. First, we analyze the true needs of our clients by gathering data on them (Yespo creates profiles for each person). Second, we segment our audience using the collected data. There are numerous ways how to do that. We especially find useful an embedded RFM segmentation. Third, we launched automated workflows, which allow sending out messages without our involvement: the user gets notifications after certain events. Ready-made marketing campaigns simplify our work a lot. About cons: I personally dislike email moderation. But I also understand that it's good for our deliverability.

An outstanding tool for marketers

Yespo includes 99% of the features the average marketer needs. The first thing I would highlight is web tracking. Yespo records the actions of our clients, which allows me to improve campaign relevance. The second thing I love is the segmentation process. There are numerous options to divide people into groups based on the collected data. Thanks to this, the offers become more personalized, which increases sales. And the third thing is event-triggered workflows. The system has dozens of ready-made solutions to enrich user experience. The following features allowed me to gain 34% more sales in half a year:
• Web tracking;
• Segmentation based on personal data from clients’ profiles and actions; cohort and RFM analyses;
• Drag-and-drop email builder;
• Offering appropriate solutions and sending out relevant content via different channels (mostly by email).

I really like it!

Yespo is about an incredible amount of opportunities for both beginners and specialists in marketing. First, we fell in love with the segmentation process: the system allows us to segment customers in the way we need (there are dozens of options). Second, Yespo has wonderful tracking tools (we track the necessary clients’ actions on the website). Third, we can easily develop and implement any workflow, sometimes with the help of customer support (we have never seen a more qualified team!). We set up journeys once and now the Yespo system automatically reaches our user segments. It’s so convenient! With Yespo, we have doubled sales. The main tools used are:
• Web tracking;
• Dynamic segment builder and RFM segmentation;
• Profile unification.
