We work with eSputnik since 2016, and there were some minor issues, but in general, this is a good service. However, the recent problem they created deserves 1-star feedback.

We have an integration with them, and we have some email sequences in their system to return our clients. In November 2021 they changed some internal rules, and they decided to verify all domains in their system, including our domain (which was alive all the time since 2016). In November they released this requirement, and stopped all our emails, because "Domain is not verified". How do you think they notified us about such a critical issue?

They sent a message in their internal chat, which you can read ONLY when you are logged in to their dashboard. Well... I haven't logged in since November... Facepalm...

You are not a Facebook, where people stay logged in for years. You are an email service provider. And you couldn't send a damn email message to us that our domain is not verified and ALL email sequences are stopped???

This is so stupid, you didn't even earn money on us all these 3 months, as all emails were not sent out. You deserve 0-star feedback. I hope the person who is in charge of this issue will be fired from your company.

1) We can't send messages to emails that are from open sources like youtube to interact with Influencers.

2) We can't send messages to our customers who bought products on our website and their customer support asked us whether we have proof that our buyers agreed to get an email from us. Come on, we send emails after each order and when we send a newsletter there is this magic "Unsubscribe" button and we have a privacy policy with all the specifics about data collection and usage, including in marketing purposes.

3) According to all reviews on Trustpilot, this is either solely a tool for the Ukrainian market or there are a bunch of unsolicited reviews.

So basically we can't use this tool and will work with Gmass instead.

A sh**ty office with unprofessional ukranian scum unable to provide even tiny piece of service. Helpless and rude. They deserve every letter of this review. Never work with them despite of relatively low prices.

Like no other. The fantastic support makes up for the fact that the English language documentation could be better. Well done eSputnik!

A bit complex, but the most complete and professional resource for creating email chains, sending web and mobile push notifications, notifying customers by Viber, automatic product recommendations for different categories of customers.

Very helpful and fast support. The system is pretty sipmle and works well.

eSputnik meets all my marketing needs when it comes to emails and push notifications. I like the full reporting system of sent email campaigns and analysis of users' activity. The email construction too is very user-friendly as well as the management user cabinet. It makes no difficulties to create the email, upload the users' contacts and manually send the email campaign. As far as I know from our development team there are no issues with connecting to eSputnik's API and set the data transmission from our database to eSputnik.
