Quick and fair procedure of refund
An order made from Zentrada was received and there were somes issues (missing item, smashed/missing outer product boxes). Nobody when ordering from abroad, want issues like that happening, because first you loose money on the products cost/logistics ration and second because you grow insecure if you are going to get your money back. The procedure was smooth, photos and description of the problem, short discussions with account manager and in a matter of like 2-3 working days, got almost a full refund of what my initial requests were. So, platform has been checked with a bad scenario and proved to be trustworthy, fast and reliable. Situations like these keep customers, add customers and improve business potential for both sides.
