I bought 2 bra's at Women's secret.
I chose my correct bra size, but when I received my order they sent me the incorrect size. It turns out they sell in Spain sizes as well. I asked for my money back and for them to cover the sending costs. I expected to receive European size. I contacted them several times since August and I always get the same response: " we are still waiting for a response from the relevant department" I guess I will never get my money back

Women Secret on line, bought on-line two swimming suits one blue and one green and a red top biquini, and received 1 blue swimming bath the 1 red top biquini and 1 under wear. Returned the under wear and received the same blue swimming suit instead of the green one more expensive. Returned it to the nearest shop but found out that they do not give the correct item. Eventhough the online reply say that we can exchange the items in a local shop. Asked for a refund and did not even received a reply and I am sure I will never get the money back.

The return rules for online shop are terrible, the customer support is useless. The return address i had to clarify vie emails with Support as I could not really find any information. Now i understand that i should pay 7 euro for the return from Germany however ordered items cost just 12 euro. Terrible for such a well known company. It is the last time i order anything from there
Customer service is so bad
Customer service is so bad, solving problems that occurs more often is disastrous.
I have ordered something, that came opened and half of it was not there.
They couldn't do any real help.
So I have ordered it the second time and it was canceled with no reason and the won't send it another time and give me the same reduced prices back then.
I just won't recommend buying furthermore from them.

I placed an order with Women'secret on January 10th during their sale, expecting a smooth process since I’ve bought their pajamas through third-party online retailers before and liked the quality. Unfortunately, dealing with them directly turned out to be a complete nightmare.
Immediately after placing my order on their website, I noticed I'd entered the wrong postcode. I tried to amend it, but their system offers no option for changes, even just minutes after ordering. I contacted customer service straight away, explaining that the address was incorrect and that I just needed it fixed to receive my parcel.
Their response was a generic, unhelpful copy-paste reply saying that "no modifications or cancellations can be made once payment is completed" and that I could return or exchange the order once I received it, I responded back straight away that I obviously wouldn’t receive my order, since the address was wrong!
It took multiple back-and-forth emails before they mentioned that they might be able to ask the courier to modify the rest of the address providing the postcode stayed the same. Fortunately, the incorrect postcode still belonged to one of my addresses, so I asked them to correct the full address, but they ignored my request. Meanwhile, I got another email from Women'secret saying my order was delayed due to "high order volumes"- so why couldn’t they fix the label before it left their warehouse?
A few days later, I received tracking info from the courier, and, of course, the address was still wrong. The only reason I got my order at all was because the courier let me redirect it to a parcel pick-up station.
Now I had my parcel I thought my ordeal was over, but when I opened the parcel, one item from my order was missing, and there was no invoice or packing slip inside to confirm what should have been included. So I had to go back to their customer service again! It took them ten days and multiple chases on my end before I finally got a response - not an apology, not a solution, just a blunt “we have refunded your order, check your bank account in 48 hours.”
I got no apology for the inconvenience. No goodwill gesture. Just pure incompetence from both their warehouse and their customer service team.
Save yourself the headache—order from literally anywhere else. I'll certainly never shop at Women’s Secret again.
Horrible. Do NOT order online from this store
Receiving and returning the order is a horrible experience. Made an order week before Christmas (the website indicated 4-5 working days delivery), but received it only 10 January, without any communication about it or way to track the package.
The return policy is not communicated, and I had to call customer service in order to obtain the address to send the returns to. The return address is only in Spain, so this will cost me €25 to return a €80 package.
Do NOT order online from this store.

The worst online shop ever.
They don’t respond to emails, they don’t answer on phone, and don’t deliver weeks long! It’s been 14 days since the order, I have no info about it at all, only info is they didn’t even send it yet. I’m now researching if they will deliver at all?
No-return policy for unopened underwear
I was mislead to believe upon buying that I can return the products, which It turned out I cannot,even though they're tightly packed and clearly unopened. They refuse to give me a tradeoff for another product. As a Croatian customer I am forced ro talk their bad customer service that feels like is AI generated and is unhelpful. Annoying and frustrating experience. Products are sometimes good and sometimes they break very easily which is why I'm not buying from here again.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago and the order has still not arrived. Tracking link does not work (just takes me to the website homepage) and no response to any of my emails other than automated replies. I’ll have not option but to dispute the transaction with my card provider soon. Avoid this company like the plague.

Fiz uma encomenda on-line há 11 dias e continuo à espera que a entrega seja feita na loja. Já enviei email há três dias ao apoio ao cliente e a única resposta que tive foi um email gerado automaticamente. Inacreditável fazerem isto aos clientes. Tenham cuidado. Pior é que estou grávida de 39 semanas e na altura ainda achei ter tempo para comprar alguma roupa nos saldos para poder usar na maternidade (disseram que a entrega seria feita no máximo em 5 dias úteis) e posso ter de ir para o hospital a qualquer momento em trabalho de parto e não vou poder usar a roupa que comprei especificamente para esse propósito. Nunca mais volto a comprar roupa on-line nesta empresa.
I placed an order online 11 days ago and am still waiting for it to be delivered to the store. I sent an email to customer support three days ago and the only response I got was an automated reply saying they received my email. Unbelievable what this company does to its customers. The worst part is that I'm 39 weeks pregnant and at the time (i thought that) I still managed to have time to buy some clothes on sale so I could wear them at the maternity ward (WS site said they would be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days) and at this point I might have to go to the hospital at any time in labour, and all I know is that I can't wear any outfits that I bought specifically for this purpose. I won’t be buying online again from this company.

Customer service is terrible! They don’t reply on time, it seems that it’s not human at all. They don’t have dedicated customer service for countries but some mishmash. Furthermore, they are sending discount codes that ether don’t exist or are already used. If you want to buy their products, go to their store. Online shop is customer unfriendly.

Store or online customer service is horrible. For weeks communication about return od faulty items was like talking to robots. You say one thing and get something completely opposite from what you are asking. Webpage doesn't have clear return policy. Generating a label for a return is something that is refused to be done. Store return wasn't possible for days. As Croatian customer in Croatia you can't speak to Croatian team member so if you don't know English good luck. Reporting an issue via phone is not possible. Nightmare in short words.

0 support from customer service. I contacted them by phone, i sent many emails. And they did the total opposit of what I ve asked. Twice…. Absolutely disappointing experience. No support at all.
If you want to make a return
If you want to make a return, you cannot do it, you have to beg them to do it. I'm not talking about money anymore because you'll never see it again. For a return, they don't want to send you a return label to make the return easier. If you want to make a return, you must justify why you want to make it, send pictures, tell your reason, etc. The worst experience with a company to make a return.

such a bad experience with quality and customers service. i would not recommend this brand to anyone. their returning policy is so 2000s, they did not upgrade to 2024 at all. their sizing runs small and after one or two washes the materials get ruined, the stitching tears down and the clothes shrink in size up to two numbers.
even on complaints, the customer service takes ages to reply and they do not even bother to read your message.
do not spend your money hear. such a waste.
