Never received my order.
I made an order in the 24th of November, after 10 business days and a million email with the store and the delivery company, they said we are sorry we lost your parcel.
I sent them I need to travel and there is no need for the parcel anymore so please cancel it and make the refund.
They called me after a while and asked me to choose between 2 options, refund or fast delivery "next day delivery".
I asked for the redelivery and they dispatched the parcel and sent it with the courier, the courier sent me that we are going to deliver tomorrow.
Then, an email came from Liverpool store that we canceled your order and we will make the refund 3 to 5 days. "One of the employees just canceled without reading the history of emails, she just read the last email from me an canceled without checking with others who made the redelivery"
I called them, they said, we are sorry but the refund already done we can't do anything. and shut the line in my face..
The funny thing is the parcel delivered to depot near me in Manchester, but I can't take it because someone canceled my order without my permission.
I spent a week trying to track my parcel, emailing the store and delivery companies and calling the store to get the delivery because I ordered gifts for my friend.. Then I receive nothing.
