I bought 2 bra's at Women's secret.
I chose my correct bra size, but when I received my order they sent me the incorrect size. It turns out they sell in Spain sizes as well. I asked for my money back and for them to cover the sending costs. I expected to receive European size. I contacted them several times since August and I always get the same response: " we are still waiting for a response from the relevant department" I guess I will never get my money back

I have used ParkBee in Delft and Amsterdam.

We bought a coffee machine Siemens EQ6.
It is an expensive machine and it was advertised with a free bag of coffee beans. We never received the beans, my husband complained and was told by their customer service that they did not offer this, despite it still being shown in their website. A discussion started and no offer for discount was offered. We will return it, if in the future there is something wrong with the machine (which will mean a more serious complaint) we don't expect any help.
