We applied for finance with this company for a new machine 20k. After providing all the information which was time consuming we received an e mail to say "excellent news we have has everything accepted".
The advisor then rings us up the day before the machine arrives to say they cant do the deal anymore !
Instead of offering us the asset finance at 7% they can now offer us a "loan" at roughly twice the monthly repayment.
Very unprofessionsal and time wasting.

Very bad experience with this company. Now taking the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. If you enter into an HP agreement with them for a vehicle they charge you the full interest for the entire term regardless of when you change your vehicle. Key facts are not explained. Emails on queries are not responded to. This is for an agreement taken out late 2024. Problems with vehicle which was brand new - no response for months on how to deal with the matter - eventually try to change the vehicle to find out the settlement figure is astronomical higher than the original amount despite a 30K deposit and monthly payments. Absolute disgrace of an organisation. Still haven’t clarified the total interest APR they have charged. Do not sign a contract with this people without letting a lawyer review it.

I dealt with Ross Grant in raising finance for a company vehicle and he was first class from the very beginning. He kept me updated, told me clearly what I needed to do and what he was doing. It made the whole experience pleasurable.
