The quality of the summer house is extremely good but the instructions need some significant work. There are many situations where it is not clear from the diagrams what is required and it takes reading forwards and backwards on the separate steps to understand the points being made. Whilst I feel that if I need to build another summerhouse tomorrow I could do it in half the time, this will not be the case for nearly all of your customers. I would suggest that someone from Billy oh attends the build of one of these and experiences first-hand the many questions that come out as it will greatly improve the customer experience and the chance of ordering another item.
