Excellent service, great first experience! Joshua was so good to work with, organised and efficient. Service was very good, we are so pleased we found White Oak. Knowing we now have a personal account manager we can call on when ever we need to for all aspects of our business finance needs is just what we needed.

Shocking company. Hidden fees and Service charges.
Cancelled our order within 4 days of ordering due to the timescale we were told we would have to wait for delivery AFTER ordering. We were then charged a £11.99 admin fee which we were not advised of when ordering. When we questioned this we were told that the charge is non refundable despite this order not even having been processed, that just by ordering we had agreed to this charge without being told about it.
I will never use this company - I would rather pay more money if we have to. We use HomeFuels direct normally and thought we would try boiler juice, we wished we never had. Awful company. Shocking customer service and a hidden service charge if you are not prepared to wait weeks on end for your order.
*Edited after reply from BJ * Charging people to use your website is absurd and shocking as you earn on our orders anyway. This is how business works, you take the running costs of your business out of your profits. You should not be charging customers who have to cancel an order due to your extended delays in delivering to them. The order was cancelled within 14 days which is the legal right to cancel for a refund, and you still took a fee from us. You did not deliver a service and could not deliver our oil, but charged us anyway. I hope your £11.99 was worth the charge back cost and losing business over.

I have used Body shop for a few years now and cannot fault their vegan range. I cannot use anything else for my shampoo and skincare, their make up is lovely to use and works so well with my skin type.
They are always so friendly in store, with all the incredible offers you recieve, it is such a great experience shopping here.
Favourite product is Banana Shampoo.... just beautiful!
In love with this company! I have moved over from HelloFresh and am so pleased that we did. The food is incredible, the range is brilliant, so much choice for vegetarian and vegan. Well packaged, the ordering is easy and simple and you cannot believe the prices for the value you get.

I have been struggling with this company for nearly a year now. I am a FITS customer and have no reply to emails, underpayments or no payments at all for the electricity they have taken from us. There is no one to speak to, I have been on hold for half an hour already only to be told I now need to speak to a different department (bearing in mind the option I chose when first calling was option 4 for the FITS Team! I am not waiting once again to speak to someone. Absolutely awful service.

Our FIT team can be contacted directly on 0330 303 5063 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) If your number is recognised by the system your call will be put through to the FIT team, if not our Customer Care team will transfer your call.
I have now ordered a few times from The Vegan Kind and have not been let down. I have ordered the donuts too which were lovely and all in tact on delivery. The boxes they come in and the ice packs are great, the food has been in good condition when delivered and its been nice to get a variety of vegan products without having to trawl different supermarkets who never seem to have your favourites in regular supply.
We live in a semi rural location and love getting our vegan deliveries out here. I dont know any other supermarkets who can guarantee next day deliver our food so its great to know if we need something we can jump online and grab it.
Convenient, quick and I think value for money.

Bought a lawn tractor (entry level) for our 8 acre small holding. The company were brilliant and the Stiga lawn tractor has already paid for itself. It is an incredible little machine and a real work horse!
We had a slight issue on delivery and the company were very quick to return calls and we got to speak to an actual person who helped, gave their direct contact number and worked with us to resolve our issue.
Since then we have used the Stiga tornado every day in various ways, if not cutting then towing a trailer and tidying up around the land.
We are really pleased and opted to buy from MowDirect because we wanted to deal with real people who could be there if we needed them. They have proved we made the right decision.
Delivery was within 10 days as they had said it would be. Delivery driver was helpful and the tractor was delivered on a pallet and ready to go. It even had some fuel in!
Thank you team we are super happy and our land is so tidy! :)
I am a new customer and needed an issue resolved (which was my fault not Naked Wines) the company went above and beyond to help, quick replies to my emails and sorted things out for me without any hassle at all! Customer service like this just does not exist any more. Thank you Laura for making sure I will be sipping a glass of gorgeous white over the weekend, I will be raising a glass to you and Naked Wines.
I have already got two other family members hooked too!

Such a bad experience with this company and their mortgage brokers / introducers. I got charged £6,000 for an AIP which did not result in a mortgage. The company knows their brokers are unregulated and charging these fees under the pretense of getting a mortgage for them. The brokers on their panel target vulnerable and desperate applicants using unclear and misleading paperwork. They know about this and don't care that companies are using their 'Offer of terms' to trick applicants into paying high broker fees. When a mortgage company uses unregulated brokers to get them clients you know something is wrong.
You are not protected with this company or the brokers on their panel. Be very very careful before going with them.
* Update Together contacted me after this review asking for my details so they could look into my experience and see if they could help. I gave them my details. What they then did was not try and help, they took those details and contacted Trust Pilot flagging my review as not genuine! Can this firm get any worse? Trust Pilot contacted me for proof of my experience, which was provided to them. Together have not contacted me since and have certainly not contacted me to find out why I left a 1 star review.
How awful, contacting me on the pretense of being concerned about why I left this review, only to use that information to try and get the review removed. Shameful.
Reply to Togethers feedback - using brokers who charge £6k to complete an simple application form and then dont help you attain the actual mortgage is by no way treating customers fairly. I raised this in an official complaint to your company and you told me you could not do anything about this. As a company you are aware your broker has done this to myself and other clients using your paperwork however you still allow this to continue. Perhaps you should work with your clients who raise legitimate concerns in official complaints rather than fob them off with 'you will use this feedback in the future' when they leave negative reviews.
You have my details perhaps you should speak to me rather then leave comments on here.
