Joshua was brilliant

Joshua was brilliant. I called and arranged same day finance for a business expense. Absolutely no trouble at all. Joshua could not have done enough and it was no trouble at all to arrange. The loan came through on the same day. An amazing company to deal with.

Excellent product but marred by poor delivery

Excellent product. My dog thrives on this food, his coat is glossy and his weight is kept at the correct level. I have tried other highly rated dog food and seem to always return to this. Delivery was very fast- next day. However what let this down was the fact that the box had clearly been manhandled in the postal service and one of the two bags I had ordered had split. Dog food had spilled out of the bag and out of the box and as such I lost a fair amount of dog food in the process. Whilst not Eden's fault you should be aware of your carrier's approach to delivery. It will make me think twice before using the postal service again...

Very poor company to deal with. All they want is your money.....

Be warned. You start renting at what appears to be a reasonable rent. Then in year two your rent jumps by over 20% and then again the following year. On top of that vital services which were promised at the outset are now being taken away- no full time reception cover, telephones answered by very poor call centre when they used to be answered in house. Cleaning is sporadic, when the cleaners are not off on holiday or ill. Very poor impression being created for visiting clients who mill around at an unsecure reception area. Regus only care about getting your money. Be very careful to ensure that you know exactly when you need to give notice. So many people get caught out by suddenly being automatically enrolled onto another years lease which they then cannot get out of. In the centre I am in I have yet to meet another customer who is actually happy with the place. I have now found alternative accommodation with double the space, better services and half the price....that tells you all you need to know. Stay away from Regus! They exploit their customers.....

Review of Canterbury

Prompt, efficient service of a great quality product

Needed to replace my son's Canterbury's after he came off his bike. He cannot be without a pair of Canterbury's in his wardrobe and he needs a navy pair for school sports. Ordered on the Saturday evening and arrived perfectly packaged on Tuesday morning. Great product and good service.
