Lack of commercial integrity
I've been waiting since September 25th for the label to be sent to me for a free return of an item that doesn't fit (BOOTS).
I've already emailed them, and they didn't even have the commercial integrity to respond.
The return deadline is just over five days away.
I only made the purchase because it was eligible for a free return.
So I'm left with boots that don't fit and 200 euros out of pocket.
I don't trust VET SECURITE, and as such, I will never recommend using them for shopping.
I'm sorry, but it was and still is a terrible experience.
VET SECURITE, never again.

I had two interactions with this site
I had two interactions with this site. Both orders were exactly what I expected, packages received quite fast (first, second I just ordered). For background understanding, I'm Romanian living in the Netherlands.
We also have a few similar sites, back in Romania, but with delivery only in our country, so, naturally I search for something familiar (type of products, language, etc.), but international. I didn't get disappointed.
Highly recommended.

French here, package arrived in 6-7 days. Package was good enough, not bulky, not unprotected, I ordered a 40L bag, and it was just a little bit smaller than I expected, but it's still very good. Could fit mal my random stuff inside, the fabric seems pretty good too, both inside and outside. Even the zippers are clearly good quality, but obviously you'll need a bit of candle or any other buttery substance to smooth the zippers on some pouches. Overall, it's great, price is fair and I'm sure I'll get something good instead of some other websites.
