Extremely long delivery time they sent the wrong colour product looks absolitely thrown together with cheap fabric certainly not the type of fabric that appeared to feature in the photos. Look like it had been thrown together by a teenage student at home and came with a scuff mark in the panel of fabric that was used to make the front pocket.
Fake UK heritage brand don't bother with them now seeking a refund, don't particularly expect one will most likely use it for gardening

Great journey got on an earlier Crossing as arrived a little earlier than planned many thanks had to change my crossing a number of times due to Logistics factors that was easy and trouble free and cost free as well many thanks spot on service

Finding out who won and when the draw took place is a trial to be honest.
You email us all the time, so why not just send an email with the draw took place on whatever date that it took place, and the winners were whoever they were. Don't just give out the ticket number, I don't know what my ticket numbers are unless I go and find them just tell us who won and we'll move on to the next draw!

The lateral flow antigen Testing Service was brilliant the first time around 55mins. On the second time I used the service there was a never-ending drama with your ability to get emails through. Eventually I managed to get my results on route to the Eurotunnel service just in time.
The third time I used the service for a PCR test just to register the test I had to set up a new Gmail email address in order to get any return from your system at all as the choice of email address as you are using gets skimmed off by Microsoft Hotmail after much contact with your customer service team who on every occasion have been absolutely brilliant I eventually got the test registered.
However posting the test using the tracked Royal Mail service for the PCR test simply isn't quick enough for a day two PCR test result. I'm on day 4 and still waiting for the results, thankfully now the government have removed this requirement.
Overall the customer service has been absolutely fantastic every time, the lateral flow antigen test was brilliant the first time troublesome the second time and the PCR test service on the 2-day requirement is just too slow, probably best to not even offer it because you're never going to get it done in 2 days unless you drop it right at the lab.
