worst company, they have my packages worth 3000 usd , they didnt mention and informed about BIS order upto 9 august, i wanted to ship my packages but they cacnelled my shipment thrice and didnt evne refunded shipping fee which was 900 usd , and they have kept my packages which they arent willing to ship within usa evne and not letting me collect even wow, they should NOT be allowed to work even after 3 years, there should be permament banned on this company by BIS

It's not a scamming company but they can offer you the worst service with terrible and rude customer service.

A customer representative asks you to close the chat and tells you "We have a lot of customers, close the chat, we don't have much time to talk to you"

When Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) imposed a 3 year denial order against, they promised me and I believe everyone that extending packaging period will be free of charge, now when it's time to ship the package, I found out that I have to pay $30 for the extension. I spoke with them about and the only response I receive was "I'm sorry we can't help you"

Never ever deal with these people... There're so many companies out there can offer you a good service.

No reply email and chat, Where is my package?

They no reply my email nor chat, my stuff around $20k at there for consolidate shipment. I'm afraid of this.
I ask to ship to other address but no response anymore.

UsGoBuy has been banned from exporting since June 17th 2024 and yet they were still accepting packages up until July 1st 2024. Thousands of customers packages are currently now being held at their warehouse in Portland, Oregon with no possible way to deliver them as they’re also refusing pick ups and domestic shipping. Usgobuy have been banned from exporting over a 3 year period. They continued to operate despite receiving a warning and didn't tell their customers.

They are now refusing to refund their customers for the goods they cannot export.

DO NOT TRUST USGOBUY. They have been banned from sending international deliveries and do not inform customers of this until packages arrive at their warehouse.

USGOBUY,LCC is banned to ship the packages oversea due to the denial order from BIS. The CEO Ken Chen of USGOBUY,LCC knows that but he try to hide the fact to the customers and ask customers service to send emails to the victims yesterday.

USGOBUY,LLC has no rights to keep our packages or request us to return to the seller address because most of the sellers don't accept returns.

Denial order doesn't mean BIS banned USGOBUY to ship the packages within USA.

USGOBUY,LCC just shake their responsibility and ask the customers to take the returning fee by themselves.It is unreasonable!

my parcel was deliver to USGBUY on June 21, 24
and immediately receive a email from USGOBUY my parcel had arrive their warehouse and inform me to submit payment for the forwarding shipping to me which is in Singapore which i idid....after to 2 days l ask why my parcel is not ship and USGOBUY inform me the company had been issue a denial order for export due to their violated export requirement...Now my parcel cant be return to Seller due to Sales..and even worse i pay USGOBUY for fowarding service and turns out all this lie and scam...
The Authority had to take action....we cannot allow this company USGOBUY to get away with it on the expenses of all the innocent victims and customers...
many company will follow suit if no action taken....

Apparently they are having very serious legal problems and they have sent me an email saying that they are going to return all my packages to their origin! They have been having this problem for years and they notified me by email today! There was no time to solve it!! Who does this company think it is? With what permission are they going to return my packages to their origin? Who is going to pay me for all these losses? They are incompetent! I hope this does not happen and that they send my packages to Spain since their problems are not my problems! I am willing to create an association of affected customers to report them all together. If you read this message and you are one of those affected please contact me!

I had a great experience with usgobuy, i always get my packages shipped within the same predicted day. The staff are amazing and they always respond with the needed information.
This is pretty much the easiest way i ever used to ship everything i need from the US and will probably never change.

They said on their site that everyone would get an answer on email after 1 day but i still didn't.I ask us gobuy to have a decent contact because i sent my product their warehouse and i can not see it on the site or do anything!!

I was a little nervous because I was unsure of shipping costs from usgobuy to Australia. The package came in heavier than I expected. I chose the cheapest option with fedex and was pleasantly surprised when they refunded me US$149 because it had come in cheaper than estimated once it was lodged for delivery. It was sent within 24 hours of payment.
They repackaged my items very well with air filled cushions and a cardboard divider between the motorcycle bags. Box was secured well with lots of tape. No complaints.

THIS IS A BIG FRAUD. WHAT YOU ORDER YOU DON'T GET BACK AND DON'T LET THEIR GOOGLE AD FOOL YOU LIKE. CRIMINAL ORGANISATION
