Outstanding service from start to finish. Contacted USB Makers for a quote between Christmas & New Year, with a very tight deadline ahead of an event, and despite the time of the year with much of the supply chain closed down, the responses were timely and helpful, with a special mention to Charlotte, who was personable and professional throughout. I've just received delivery of our branded USB drives, and I'm delighted with the quality. Our logo is represented perfectly. A fantastic experience with my first order, and I'll certainly be a repeat customer.

For the first time in 11 years I decided to use a third party make and supply the USB sticks and boxes. The boxes are fine but I’ve had 4 USB’s corrupt after sending them to clients. They have sent 2 replacement USB’s which won’t ever get used as I can’t trust them. I’d rather have a partial refund and apology.

I have used these guys a few times over the years and they never disappoint. From the first point of contact (normally Charlotte) all the way through to the finish product - they are just fab!
