Horrible customer service!
In March, I scheduled and paid in full, as they requested, in advance for a 2 hour massage for a date in June. I then received an email a hour later that the service that I requested is most likely not possible and they will let me know for sure and confirm 6 weeks in advance. Not sure why they requested and accepted full payment if they knew they couldn’t provide the service when I called to schedule the appointment. I’m 2 weeks out and haven’t heard anything so I followed up with them. They now offer me another 1 hour massage with other services later in the day for “my friend”. 🤯
I called and explained it’s just for one person and I wanted a consecutive 2 hour massage. I ended up canceling the entire appointment. They seemed very indifferent upon cancellation and didn’t care.
It’s been 11 days and I still have not received a refund! After numerous phone calls and emails, we can’t get in touch with a general manager. Horrific customer service and customer experience!
