exclusively for nudists

I booked this place without knowing that their rules prohibit wearing any clothing. Their website does not clearly state that all facilities are for nude use only. When we called them to check what we have to take with us, they didn't mention it either. However, my husband asked about it, and they confirmed that we could take our bathing suits with us. On their website during the booking, we found that bathing suits were forbidden in their sauna, but they "forgot" to mention it for other areas. They refused to give me a refund and instead offered me a gift card that I will never use. It was a very unpleasant experience, but I am glad I didn't stay. Everything was very expensive: renting a towel or bathrobe cost 25 euros, and renting a bag was also 25 euros. Even before starting our bill went from 230 to 330 euro. Imagine only if we stayed for the day!
