Payed over € 70,- for a Ruhr Topcard to get discount , but you don’t get the discount when you go to the Berendonck . They say no Ruhr topcard customers today . They have reach the limit with Ruhr topcard customers. I have to pay the full price to get in .When I asked they didn’t even know how much people the limit was ??? The service employee said that she just had the assignment not accept the ruhrtopcard discount but let people pay the full amount.

I drove almost a hour to get there and back with nothing . They don’t care .
