I was well looked after by Jake, seeking advice about what to do with my old spare set of tyres since I had changed my car.

The 'low tyre pressure' warning light was on my dashboard, but I'd checked the tyres myself and they seemed fine. Took the car into Thames View without an appointment and asked for a second opinion. They did a thorough inspection of all the tyres, checked for punctures, checked the rims, inflated a couple that were slightly low etc. When I went to pay, no charge. I queried because, although no faults were found, they'd clearly spent time on it and labour isn't cheap. But no, they waved me off with a cheery smile. How lovely that this still happens! And obviously they'll be my first port of call when I need new tyres again.

Did not have my tyres in so Thamesview Tyres ordered them. They called me when they arrived and I popped down today for fitting.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Thamesview Tyres. I popped in with a slow puncture, expecting they would just replace the tyre, but instead they said they could repair it as good as new. And at such a reasonable price. The team that looked after us were very friendly and good COVID precautions were operating. Lovely premises too, a hub for several local businesses. I won’t go anywhere else for my tyres in future!

I had a slow leak in one of the tyres of my car - didn’t know why because I couldn’t see a nail or split in the tread. The valve seemed to be ok too.
I took the car to Thames View Tyres in Henley. They got the car in the garage straight away & within 15 minutes it was fixed for a very small charge. The leak was from the seal between the tyre and the wheel. They cleaned up the wheel rim, cleaned off some corrosion & refitted the tyre. Brilliant service. Best of all, they are a very friendly bunch with a nice warm & comfortable waiting area. Five stars from me & I’ll definitely go back whenever I need new tyres. Thank you Thames View! Tyres!
