Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed, the light I was supplied with was clearly faulty and I am surprised that this was not noticed by the packer/quality control. My electrician was here to fit it and suggested he could try to correct the fault, with a risk it would break. I phoned the company to ask if we could try this but customer service could not help at all, said I had to submit an online form and I still haven’t heard back. So I’ve got a faulty light and will incur additional call out charges from my electrician if and when this eventually gets resolved.
