Customer Service own the company?
I’ve had my eye on Ted Baker since my university days in the UK, and I finally purchased one of their bags. Unfortunately, I was disappointed — the bag turned out to be far too small.
I decided to return it, but the return process has been nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service is appalling — they never replied to my emails. All of the sudden, I received an email from Aramex saying they will come pick up the item on that day, the courier came but refused to take it because it was in a box. He said someone else would follow up, but no one ever called or showed up.
I’ve been emailing Ted Baker’s customer service repeatedly to ask when Aramex will collect the item, but I’ve received no response at all. It has been a week of unnecessary stress, wasted time, and complete frustration.
At this point, I will just keep the item — simply because I no longer want to deal with this company. But you’ve lost a customer for good.
