Beautiful furniture! Delivery was on time and placed exactly where I wanted them.

The pricing was very competitive, and the product itself is attractive. However, delivery took longer than expected, and upon arrival and unboxing, we noticed that the doors were slightly unlevel on the hinges and there were a few dents in the iron finish that are noticeably visible.

Read the fine print before purchasing anything from Sundial. I bought a ceiling fan with yellow blades. When the room was painted, the blade color just didn't work. I requested and exchange (within a week of delivery) and was informed that company policy prohibited returns after 24 hours. The customer service agent I spoke with was 4/10 empathetic, but offered no solution or slack. I could not be connected to a supervisor. Yes, Sundial is a bit less expensive than Wayfair, but their return policy is horrific.

Great quality at an affordable price (with the discount), delivery timeline met my expectations, and the delivery was smooth. Other stores sold the sofa for @ $1000+ more and the delivery timeline was up to 4-5 months. Only downside is Sundial does not offer a warranty for the sofa.
Two Pictures
The pictures arrived perfectly wrapped, they are stunning. Would definitely order from them again-couldn’t be happier. Also the price was phenomenal based on the same picture at other retailers.
Basically, these people are liars and crooks
We were sent the wrong product by the manufacturer and after dozens of calls and emails we have not received our credit. They continually tell me that we will receive an email confirming the credit and that it will be processed within a week. Please save yourself the headache of purchasing from them. They are a nightmare to deal with!

Not a company, just 1 guy with a phone...one of the worst customer support experiences of my life for a $1k+ purchase.
The first part of the order went very smoothly -- paying for the table.
After this step, the entirely wrong table was sent. Which actually, is not even the bad part of this experience - shipping errors happen / mistakes happen...it's the complete lack of customer support since that moment that has led me to the point of reporting this company to my Credit Card provider as fraudulent.
Initial complaint filed on June 4th - it is now June 17th, I have been told from the beginning that it would be a few days and the new table would ship. The only way to get any updates on the ticket (which have been 2 since the day of) is to call repeatedly every single day (the claims department just rings to a voicemail that is full btw) -- general customer service is always nice, and always says that I will get an update by end of the day -- this almost never happens.
Now, after being told last week the table would ship no later than Friday, I am being told it SHOULD ship within a few days. Meanwhile, the table is listed as in-stock on the website and ready to ship. I was offered $50 STORE CREDIT as compensation for the entire mess.
I would NOT do business with this company, they are merely an in-between website with no staff or capabilities that takes a profit and hopes the products arrive. I now completely understand the frustration expressed in various other trust pilot reviews for this company, it's well worth doing business on another site for a small amount more -- I promise you I wish I paid the $150 more to have it delivered from any other company with the same exact table.
Surprise Sundial wont take returns! don't shop here!
sundial doesn't do returns, and doesn't make this clear. 2 very expensive lights - we found out didn't fit as expected. I requested a return - refused because not in the 24 hour return window. That's right, I was told you have to return within 24 hours. Who gets a light fixture, and within 24 hours knows if it won't work out. In today's online world, this doesn't work. I understood 24 hours to be notification for shipping damage - not any return. I haven't heard of anyone with less than 30 days. They need to notify before you purchase.
