I brought my shark vaccum back with a fault and got a brand new one as it has a 5 year warranty. It was great to go in with something broken and come out with a brand new one because of the warranty. The in store repair team person was so helpful and quick in sorting everything out.

Extremely rude lady on the phone, she didn't have any manners, and accused me of not speaking to the company before. Spoke in a very condensing way to me, despite me having an enquiry for business. Disgusting service, I would not recommend them. I wonder how they are still in business with such a horrible person on the team. Unexpected bad service, not what anyone needs.

Madame,
We will not accept our staff being verbally abused. You rang and demanded to know where a quote was from our Guildford showroom which doesn’t exist as we are based in Basingstoke. You wouldn’t listen to Sue when she tried to explain this, or ascertain whether you were confused and had actually been to Basingstoke, and if so who you had seen. When you told her that she was rude and you wouldn’t be ordering from us, she put the phone down as is only natural. If you look at our reviews, you will see that Sue has glowing references from our other customers.
We would recommend that you go back into the showroom in Guildford and ask them for your quote in person, rather than ringing, abusing our staff and leaving bad reviews for a company that you have never been to.
