Very good communication. I ordered a lot of items and they did not have quite enough in stock . They contacted me and offered a refund.As it was the outstanding items arrived shortly afterwards.

Easy to order and fast delivery.

It was very well organised and was the exact itinerary we wanted. The holiday rep accompanied us the whole time to make sure everything ran smoothly and she was excellent.

I was very happy with the thin sweaters and service I received from Club House golf. The sweaters are perfect when it is just a bit too cool to be without a sweater but a normal sweater would be too hot.

We had a great experience and Sue could not have been more patient and helpful.
We are very pleased with our quartz surfaces. I had never heard of Stone Circle before but we were recommended by our builder and kitchen fitter.

I have not used Cook for a while. Prices seem to have gone up quite a bit. Otherwise it was a good experience.

A very nice radiator. All communication very good. Not yet fitted as I am waiting for my plumber to be free. Delivery all worked out very smoothly.

Communication was good and it all arrived ok.
However a week after delivery I got a message saying "We have now processed and packed your order and it is due to be collected from us by APC. Your order is being sent via APC 24 hour service and you will shortly receive an email and/or text details with the tracking information"This made me think the order had been duplicated and I was worried about being billed twice and receiving a second one. So I had to contact Diss Iron works who explained that was their normal process. So I was not impressed with that but everything else was good

This company has some interesting and amusing cards, very different from the dull stuff you see in many shops.
It is very convenient to browse and order cards in the comfort of your own home and have them arrive in the post. I prefer to wait for a deal and buy several cards at the same time.

It was easy to order. The delivery date was one day after I ordered which was very convenient. We were given a one hour window for delivery and the order arrived in that period.
Overall I am very happy with the service and will use again.

A very easy purchase and a great card!

I thought it was expensive but it is a great product. the electric blinds are neat and work well. From ordering to installation took about 4 months and due COVID issues there were delays and people in the office did not get back to me so I was a bit disappointed with the time it took. However I have the blinds now, they are great and I am very happy with them. I recommend this company.

It was all very easy to talk to an assistant and make an order.

Great Umbrella, I do not have to stoop now while walking when it is fitted to the trolley. The clear vision panels also mean I can see where I am going!
