First of all I was delighted that Shoe Heaven had these Ecco trainers in stock as I couldn't find them in the UK. In the past I've sourced them in the USA but this time it seemed impossible. I really like the trainers because they have an elasticated toggle fastening rather than laces you tie. I was relieved that Shoe Heaven sent the trainers to me, as I was worried that Brexit might mean it was too much trouble. Before sending the trainers Shoe Heaven identified a small flaw on the shoes and deducted some money from the price, which was great.
