Unacceptable.

It provides no means to address its false or erroneous reports. This should make it liable to lawsuit for misrepresentation as it is supposed to report "Scam/Fraudulent" history. That isn't what it does and therefore its very namesake is misleading. Since it provides no means to directly contact and address issues, it should itself be considered a scam.

Scamdoc is a phishing site

Scamdoc is a phishing site. It provides bad reviews and then contacts the site owners to enter their personal information and ID into the system. They also use a technique where a fake customer contacts you about making a purchase, but with concerns that your company is fake because it has a bad reputation on scamdoc.

Criminal Conspiracy, Fraud, Extortion, Identity Theft

This website was designed for the purpose of committing illegal acts. That's criminal conspiracy.

This website displays fake ratings of other websites for the purpose of committing illegal acts. That's criminal fraud.

Website owners who are the victims of this fraud are forced to provide government IDs in the hope of improving the fraudulent rating of their website. That's criminal extortion.

If a website owner provides this website with sensitive information, it is used to impersonate the business and its owner or representative for the purpose of committing illegal acts. That's criminal identity theft.

If you've been the victim of one or more of these crimes, please file a criminal complaint with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at IC3.GOV

The criminal owners of this website penalize these websites:
"This site does not clearly display the identity of its owner or its publisher." ScamDoc hides the identity of its owner and publisher!
"The owner of the domain name associated with this site is hidden in the Whois database." ScamDoc hides the owner of its domain name in the Whois database!
Be sure to mention these facts in your complaint to the IC3 as evidence of fraud.

This website is operated by the most despicable, cynical group of criminals I may have ever encountered.

Please file your criminal complaint!

This is a fake company

This is a fake company, that doesn't actually help you to know whether a company is fake or not. They know nothing about the business's that they are meant to be reviewing or warning people about. They themselves are scamming people and their name fits them well

This is a scam website with fake…

This is a scam website with fake information, they have very low technical expertise and make a lot of wrong claims. The are parasites that use traffic based on names of other websites to sell adverts. Look at how much ads they have.

Now to technical expertise, for example they say that hiding domain owner details is bad: it's done by almost everyone for privacy purposes, even Stripe (biggest payment provider, only organisation name is shown).

Next: they also say "negative reviews found on the internet" - any website has it...yes we do have 4% of negative reviews on Trustpilot...So they don't care about the rest? Is that not a clear definition of defamation?

Unjustly Labeled as Scam on Scamdoc - Urgent Appeal for Fair Treatment

I recently launched a startup for my son, cordellsracing.co.uk and within six days of establishment, we found ourselves facing an unjust and damaging situation on Scamdoc. Despite our genuine efforts, our business has been erroneously labeled as a scam due to our new domain name and low domain authority.

Our attempts to communicate with Scamdoc have been met with silence, adding to our frustration and concerns. The process initiated by Scamdoc involved assigning our business a low score and requesting us to complete a detailed form to improve the score. However, the information requested is extensive and poses a potential risk to our business if misused.

What's even more disheartening is the negative reviews Scamdoc has accumulated on Trustpilot, which suggests that our experience is not an isolated incident. Small, new websites like ours are being exploited and potentially destroyed through questionable practices.

I am reaching out to bring attention to this matter and to appeal for fair treatment. It is my hope that by sharing our experience, we can prompt a review of our case on Scamdoc and rectify the unjust classification of our business.

People who doesn't know much about how these people works believe that and it affects us. Please guys, don't believe even 1 review these people are posting. Fraud people taking money from fraud people to put bad trust score to startups.

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. I have a start-up business and due to a new domain name and low domain authority (because I'm new) it listed my business as a scam. All attempts to contact this company have been unsuccessful. Starting a new business is hard. The fifth line in a Google search saying your business is a scam makes it more difficult. The only scam site here is Scamdoc.com.

It ask too many info from us

I guess that this website is trying to collect our info by giving a low score. My store only gets 2/100 just because it is only 5 months
They first give us a low score and then asks us to fill in a detailed form, otherwise our score cannot be improved.
But I don't want to summit so much info to them, they seriously affect our business.
