No idea how they are still in business with such a rude customer service! If you see them at any check in desk, avoid !

Maria M. From OTP Bucharest airport made our day a nightmare and delayed our check in with 1h.

We will make a complaint to Ryanair.

Worst company I’ve worked with

Would not recommend, my funds never arrived in my account.

I did a VAT return and I thought would be great tu use them so I get the funds faster, they’ve connected their bank account to my HMRC account, funds were released to them and they are telling me the funds will be into my account. Since then I’m trying to get a resolution to this and nothing concrete, there is no such as a fast payment, they will make you wait for your money even they have all the confirmations.

Don’t give them your bank details, they’ll pass them to another company which will set up direct debits and steal money from your accounts

Terrible!

Terrible!

Bought a van in March, wipers motors failed and had to be changed, I had to change them on my own expense even I have paid for the warranty.

The van has an oil leak and more than 10 scratches and bumps all over the body.

I’ve contacted the dealership to deal with the warranty refund because the warranty wouldn’t pay my claim. The after sales team promised they will take care of it, passed almost a month since then and I got no answer, I’ve tried to call them and there is no answer on the other end, no answer to my emails, nothing.

I will take legal action against them and the warranty company, but I wanted to share this here so you will avoid them !

Very bad experience!
1. Product prices are updating after several hours meaning that in this time customers can purchase with the regular price which supplier provided and you’ll not earn anything.

2. Products description is misleading and written poorly, you’ll have to pay extra for their AI to generate descriptions for your products if you plan to import them to other platforms.

3. You’ll be able to cancel your subscription only if you’ll book a call with them .

4. I requested a refund through their internal chat and they keep telling me they will refund me, I’ve called their support line, asked for a refund and a confirmation email for it and instead of getting an invoice showing the amount which will be refunded, date and company, I get an AI generated email from support team which saying my money is on the way.

5. It’s a scam, don’t buy their service, they will take your money and you’ll not be able to get anything back.

6. 90% of the 5 ⭐️ star reviews here are written by people who never reviewed other businesses or services before, it’s their first and last review on this platform, check further on this page and see yourself !

SCAM!

SCAM!
Misleading plagiarism and similarity reports, not true, they are not connected to any database.

After purchasing by mistake the plagiarism and similarity report I've asked for a refund, turned out that it was my fault that I mistakenly made the purchase and it looks like I cannot get my money back, they don't seem to have a refund policy in place but only that if you run the plagiarism check you don't get a refund anymore.

besides what i've said keep in mind that the money you will pay for the plagiarism check will not offer you any other services, you will have to pay separately for them .

such a waste of money!

Update, nobody got in touch with me as they state in the reply, they have misleading information on their website, be careful!

Closed my merchant account with no…

Closed my merchant account with no warning making my online business unable to accept any payments on a Friday afternoon with no choice for me for the weekend to process at least one payment from my customers.

Reason : there were some high risk transactions on my account and Mr. (Cannot give his name because of truspilot guidelines) decided to immediately close my account.

I’ve had Elavon as payment processor for one week and they’ve stated that my website and my niche is accepted even is high risk, despite what they’ve said, they still closed my account.

Avoid and look further if you’re thinking of using Elavon as a high risk merchant .

I’ll be short, easy process when you’re paying for the insurance, amazingly hard process to get the money you’ve spent on treatments, extra documentation asked, slow process, no idea from where all these “good” reviews are but you don’t want to have a contract with this company.
